Most agencies make you sit through a call before they'll say a number. Here they are. Every project still gets a fixed written quote before any work begins.

Build
Packages

Prices are starting points, not bait. Where a project lands inside a tier depends on scope, and you'll know the exact figure in writing before anything begins.

SEO Audits

If you already have a site and it isn't showing up, an audit tells you why before you spend anything on rebuilding it. Every tier ends with a plain-English fix list ranked by impact — not a 90-page export nobody reads.

Snapshot Audit

$299 one-time
  • Technical crawl, up to 25 pages
  • Core Web Vitals & mobile check
  • Titles, meta & heading review
  • Google Business Profile check
  • Prioritised fix list you can hand to any developer
  • 30-minute walkthrough call
  • Delivered in 3 business days

Full Site Audit

$749 one-time
  • Everything in Snapshot
  • Technical crawl, up to 250 pages
  • Schema & structured data audit
  • Content quality & thin-page review
  • Backlink profile & toxic link check
  • Local SEO & NAP citation consistency
  • AI search readiness (AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity)
  • Written report & 60-minute strategy call
  • Delivered in about a week

Competitive Audit

$1,500 one-time
  • Everything in Full Site
  • Up to 3 competitors analysed head-to-head
  • Keyword gap & SERP opportunity map
  • Site architecture & internal linking plan
  • Two-quarter content plan with target keywords
  • 90-day implementation roadmap
  • Two follow-up calls as you execute
  • Delivered in about two weeks

The audit fee is credited back against a Launch or Growth build if you hire me for the work within 60 days — so if the answer turns out to be “rebuild it,” you haven't paid twice. Prefer that someone just does the work each month? Ongoing SEO and content is included in the Growth Partner plan at $399/month. Implementing an audit's recommendations on an existing site is billed at $110/hour, quoted up front.

What moves the price

Two five-page sites can differ by thousands of dollars. These are the factors that actually drive it, so you can see in advance where your project is likely to sit:

  • Page count and unique layouts. Ten pages sharing three templates is a much smaller job than ten individually designed pages.
  • Who writes the copy. If you supply finished text, that's the fastest path. If you need it written or heavily edited, that's real hours.
  • Integrations. A contact form is trivial. Booking systems, payment processing, CRM sync and inventory feeds each add scope.
  • E-commerce. Product catalogues, tax, shipping rules and payment flows move a project up a tier on their own.
  • Migrating existing content. Moving two hundred blog posts with their URLs and redirects intact is its own line item — and skipping the redirects is how businesses lose their existing rankings overnight.
  • Compressed timelines. Standard scheduling is included. Needing it in half the normal time means displacing other work, and that carries a premium.

How billing works

  • 50% deposit to start, 50% on launch. On Intelligent-tier projects that splits across milestones instead.
  • Care plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled any time. No annual contract.
  • Out-of-scope work is $110/hour, estimated and approved before it starts. You will not receive a surprise invoice.
  • The quote is fixed. If a project runs longer than I estimated, that's my problem, not a change order.

How this compares nationally

Rather than ask you to take my word for whether these are reasonable numbers, here is the current market data alongside them:

2026 US market rates vs. Evo3D pricing
ServiceNational rangeEvo3D
DIY builder$150 – $1,200 / year
Freelance designer$500 – $5,000
Small-business site$2,000 – $8,000From $2,000
Agency build$2,500 – $10,000+From $3,500
Custom site, SMB$5,000 – $15,000From $3,500
AI app, SMB scopeFrom ~$15,000From $7,000
SEO audit$650 – $5,000From $299
Managed hosting$20 – $150 / monthFrom $49/mo
Maintenance plan$75 – $200 / month$149/mo
Agency retainer$250 – $2,500 / month$399/mo

Figures compiled July 2026 from published industry pricing surveys including WebFX, Clutch, Leadpages and GoDaddy. Evo3D sits below the national range on every line, and that is deliberate rather than a discount: a small, low-overhead studio without an agency's account managers, sales team or downtown lease can charge less for the same work. What you are not paying for is the overhead, not the quality of the build.

The questions every business asks before hiring a web developer — answered without the runaround. Prices last reviewed .

Nationally, most small businesses spend between $2,500 and $7,500 on a professionally designed website, and agency builds commonly run $5,000 to $15,000. Oklahoma City sits below the national average on both. Evo3D projects start at $2,000 for a five-page custom site and $3,500 for a larger interactive build. Every project gets a fixed quote before work begins, so the number you approve is the number you pay.

A builder subscription runs $10 to $99 per month and gives you a layout thousands of other businesses already use. A custom build is designed around your customers, loads faster, is structured for Google to index and rank, and is something you own outright. The difference shows up in search visibility and conversion rate, not just appearance.

A five-page Launch site typically takes one to two weeks. A larger Growth site takes two to three weeks. Custom web applications with AI features generally run four to six weeks depending on integrations and approval cycles.
