Custom Web Design
in Oklahoma City
Websites built from scratch around your customers — fast, findable, and yours to keep. Based in Yukon, serving the Oklahoma City metro. Most launch in two to three weeks, starting at $2,000.
A website has exactly one job
Most small-business websites fail for the same two reasons. They were built from a template thousands of other businesses also bought, and nobody ever decided what the site was supposed to do. A site that looks fine and generates no phone calls is an expense, not an investment.
Every build here starts with one question: what should a visitor do in the first fifteen seconds? Everything after that — layout, copy, load speed, where the phone number sits, what the button says — follows from the answer to that question rather than from whatever the template happened to come with.
If you already have a site and it isn't producing enquiries, the problem is usually not how it looks. It's that the page never asks for anything, or it takes six seconds to load on a phone, or Google has no idea what the business does.
What's included in every build
- Genuinely custom design. No purchased themes, no page-builder bloat. Your layout is drawn for your business.
- Mobile-first responsive layouts. More than half your visitors are on a phone, and Google indexes the mobile version of your site first.
- On-page SEO and schema markup. Titles, descriptions, heading structure, and structured data so Google can actually understand and rank the pages.
- Core Web Vitals speed work. Compressed assets, deferred scripts, no render-blocking junk. Load speed is a confirmed ranking factor and a conversion factor.
- Accessible, semantic markup. Keyboard navigation, screen-reader landmarks, real contrast ratios. It's the right thing to do and it correlates with better SEO.
- Contact forms and click-to-call. With spam filtering, so you get leads instead of casino adverts.
- Google Analytics and Search Console. Configured, verified, and explained — so you can see what's working.
- Google Business Profile setup. For a local service business this frequently drives more enquiries than the website itself.
- A training session. You get walked through anything you can edit yourself.
- Full ownership. The domain, the code, the content. No license that expires, no hostage situation if you leave.
How the build works
Discovery call
Thirty minutes, free, no deck. What you sell, who buys it, what your current site isn't doing, and what a good month looks like for you.
Fixed written quote
An itemised scope and a firm price. You approve it before anything gets built, and it doesn't move unless you ask for something that wasn't in it.
Design in the browser
You review real, working pages on a staging link — not a flat image of a website. What you approve is what ships, because it's already the actual thing.
Build and revise
Content goes in, integrations get wired up, and you get revision rounds against the staging site. Testing across real devices, not just a desktop browser window.
Launch and handover
Go live, submit to Google, verify analytics, hand over every credential, and walk you through it. Then a support window — 30 days on Launch, 90 on Growth — for anything that surfaces.
Custom build vs. a website builder
Builders are a reasonable choice for some businesses, and it would be dishonest to pretend otherwise. Here's the actual trade-off rather than a sales pitch:
| DIY builder | Custom build | |
|---|---|---|
| Up-front cost | $0 – $200 | $2,000+ |
| Ongoing cost | $10 – $99/month, forever | $49/month hosting, optional |
| Year-one total | $150 – $1,200 | $2,588 |
| Design | Shared template | Drawn for your business |
| Page speed | Platform-limited | Optimised directly |
| SEO control | Partial | Full |
| Who owns the code | The platform | You do |
| If you stop paying | Site goes offline | Site is still yours |
| Your time cost | 20 – 60 hours | About 3 hours |
Who this is a good fit for
Businesses where a single new customer is worth hundreds or thousands of dollars — contractors, processors, professional services, clinics, B2B suppliers. When one extra enquiry a month pays for the site several times over, custom work is straightforward arithmetic.
It's also a good fit if you've outgrown a builder, if you're embarrassed to send people to your current site, or if you're invisible on Google for the thing you actually sell.
And who it isn't
If you need a single page with your hours and address and nothing else, a builder will serve you fine and I'll tell you so on the call. If you want the cheapest possible site, I'm not the cheapest option and won't pretend to be. And if there's no budget for hosting or upkeep after launch, a custom site will quietly rot — that's worth being honest about before you spend anything.
Serving Oklahoma City and the surrounding metro
Based in Yukon, working with businesses across Oklahoma City, Edmond, Norman, Moore, Mustang, Bethany, Midwest City, Del City, Piedmont, El Reno, and the surrounding communities. Metro clients get in-person meetings if they want them — most of the OKC area is inside a forty-minute drive.
Everywhere else in Oklahoma, and anywhere else in the United States, gets video calls and exactly the same process. Roughly half of what happens on a build — staging reviews, revision rounds, launch — happens over a link either way, so remote clients are not getting a lesser version of the work.
Launch sites start at $2,000 and larger interactive builds at $3,500. See the full pricing breakdown, including what moves the price and how it compares to national averages.
