These terms apply to your use of evo3dinnovations.com, operated by Evo3D Innovations LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company (“Evo3D,” “we,” “us”). By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

This site is not the contract

Everything published here — service descriptions, tier definitions, timelines, and the pricing page — is provided for information. It is not an offer capable of acceptance, and it does not by itself create a binding agreement between us.

Published figures are starting ranges. The number that binds either of us is the fixed quote in a signed Statement of Work, issued after a discovery conversation. Where anything on this site conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement governs.

Care plan pricing and inclusions may change. Existing clients are given advance written notice before a change affects them, as set out in their care plan agreement.

No guarantee of results

Where this site discusses search visibility, traffic, conversion, or business outcomes, it describes methods and general expectations, not promises. Search engines are independent third parties and change their systems without notice. We do not guarantee any particular ranking, traffic level, lead volume, or revenue result, and no statement on this site should be read as one.

Ownership of what’s on this page

The design, copy, code, structure, logos, and marks on this website are owned by Evo3D Innovations LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may read it, print it, and share links to it. You may not copy the copy, lift the design, or reproduce substantial portions of it for a competing commercial purpose without written permission.

Client work shown in the portfolio remains the property of the respective client. Screenshots and descriptions appear here with permission and are described by sector rather than by name where a client has asked for that. Client trademarks belong to their owners.

Acceptable use

• Don’t attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its host, or any connected system.
• Don’t submit malicious code, run vulnerability scans without written permission, or interfere with the site’s operation.
• Don’t use the contact form to send unsolicited sales pitches, bulk messages, or anything unlawful.
• Don’t scrape the site at a volume that degrades it for anyone else.

We may block access to anyone doing these things, without notice.

Submissions

What you send through the contact form is handled under our Privacy Policy. Please don’t send confidential material through a web form before we have a confidentiality agreement in place — describe the shape of the problem and we’ll take it from there.

If you send us an unsolicited idea, suggestion, or feature request, we’re free to use it without obligation or compensation. This does not apply to information covered by a signed confidentiality or services agreement.

Links to other sites

We link to client sites and to third-party resources. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, availability, or practices. A link is not an endorsement.

Availability and accuracy

We try to keep this site accurate and online, but it is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, and we don’t warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Content may become out of date; we may change or remove any part of it at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evo3D Innovations LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of your use of this website — whether or not we were advised such damages were possible. Our total liability relating to this website will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Liability for a client engagement is addressed in that engagement’s own agreement, not here. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Accessibility

This site is built targeting WCAG 2.1 Level AA. If you hit a barrier using it, email evan@evo3dinnovations.com, describe what happened, and we will fix it and reply to you directly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted here, with the date at the top, is the one in effect. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
