Privacy Policy
What this site collects, who else touches it, how long it is kept, and how to have it deleted. Short, because there isn’t much of it.
Last updated: August 18, 2026
This policy explains how Evo3D Innovations LLC (“Evo3D,” “we,” “us”) handles information collected through evo3dinnovations.com. It covers this website only. If you are a client, information we handle inside a project or a hosted site is governed by your written agreement with us rather than by this page.
What we collect
There is exactly one place on this site where you can give us information, and that is the contact form. When you submit it, we receive:
- Your name and email address — so we can reply to you.
- Service interest and budget range — the two dropdowns, so the first reply is useful rather than a list of questions.
- Your message — whatever you choose to write.
We do not ask for a phone number, a mailing address, a date of birth, or a payment detail anywhere on this website. If you volunteer something in the message field, we hold it under this policy.
Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps — which are generated automatically by the act of loading any page on the internet. We use them only to keep the site running and secure.
Analytics
This site runs Google Analytics 4 so we can see which pages people find useful and whether the site is doing its job. It sets first-party cookies (names beginning _ga) and reports to Google: the pages you view, roughly where in the world you are, the type of device and browser you use, and how you arrived — a search, a link, or typed directly.
We also record one event when a contact form is successfully sent, tagged with the service and budget range you picked from the dropdowns. It tells us which kinds of enquiry the site produces. Your name, email address, and message are never sent to Google.
Google acts as our data processor for this, under Google’s business privacy terms. If you would rather not be counted, any tracker-blocking extension or your browser’s “Do Not Track” setting will stop it, as will Google’s official opt-out add-on. Nothing on this site breaks if you block it.
What we do not do
- No advertising pixels, no retargeting, no session recording, and no heatmapping. The analytics above are for measurement, not for following you around the internet.
- No advertising cookies, and no cookies sold or shared with ad networks.
- No selling or renting of your information, ever, to anyone. We do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
- No newsletter sign-up that quietly enrolls you because you filled in the contact form. If you did not ask for email from us, you will not get it.
Who processes it besides us
Two services handle your form submission on the way to us, and both are bound by their own privacy terms:
- Formspree receives the contact form and forwards it to our inbox.
- Netlify hosts this website and generates the server logs described above.
- Google Analytics receives the usage data described in the Analytics section above.
- Our email provider stores the resulting message in our inbox, as it would any other email.
We do not use any other third party to profile, enrich, or resell what you send us. We may disclose information if we are legally required to, or if it is necessary to investigate abuse of our systems.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months. If we end up working together, correspondence is kept for the life of the engagement and then for as long as our records and tax obligations require. Server logs are retained on a short rolling window by our host.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email evan@evo3dinnovations.com and we will respond within 30 days. There is no form to fill in and no account to log into — just ask.
Oklahoma does not currently have a general consumer privacy statute, so these are commitments we are making rather than a recital of a law we are subject to. If you live somewhere that grants you statutory privacy rights, we will honor a valid request under that law all the same.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, with security headers set at the edge, and access to our inbox is protected by multi-factor authentication. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security — anyone who does is overselling.
Children
This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us something, email us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
Our portfolio and case studies link to sites we have built for clients. Once you follow a link off this domain, that site’s own privacy practices apply, not ours.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top and post the new version here. Continuing to use the site after a change means the updated policy applies.
